Group class for Boys & Girls, ages 8-14 years old are held:
Monday through Friday from 9:30-10:30AM & 3:30-4:30pm
*class times are subject to be added or changed according to class sizes and demographics

Individual Training Sessions:

STEP 2.
Decide what day(s) are applicable to your goals. Each day has a movement focus so it is in the kids' best interest to attend most, if not every day!

Monday Focus: Explosive Power, Plyometrics, Lower-body Control
Tuesday Focus: Upper-body Control & Strength, & Core Stability & Strength
Wednesday Focus: Speed, Sprint Mechanics, Conditioning
Thursday Focus: Agility, Quickness, Balance
Friday Focus: Metabolic Conditioning, Flexibility & Mobility, Recovery
STEP 3.
Commit! Sign-up online or in-person. Pay for a class, a week, a month at a time, we accommodate many payment options!

Isaac Holscher
My passion is to help make the future generation in my hometown get as healthy as possible. It's no secret that kids have more screen time and less recess than ever before. Our after school program is the opposite of both.

The Warehouse team and myself are here to transform committed people; physically, mentally, and spiritually through fitness to then inspire others in the community to do the same.
​
With 5 years experience in personal training and strength & conditioning coaching, 4 years of college football, and 4 years of competitive powerlifting. I have helped numerous athletes get to the next level and I will continue to work as hard as possible to get everyone who walks through our doors to get there as well. I have only begun my journey helping others. Please join me on this journey in creating an environment of commitment, transformation and inspiration.
