To make it at the next level, athletes must play with speed. Speed is priority #1 at Warehouse Fitness and each athlete will be assessed weekly on how to improve their speed.
Skeletal muscle and tendon strength training are proven to significantly determine athletic performance. Our focus on lifting technique will give them an extreme advantage of being successful in their physical education classes, sports teams practices, and at the next level.
Option 1: Try a class. Make sure we are a good fit for your athlete. Classes give the athletes a chance to compete against their peers, while working on their skills. Small group classes are held before and after school.
Option 2: Get 1-on-1 training for specific wants & needs. Physical and mental assessments are used to facilitate a needs-based program to maximize growth and performance.
