YOUTH TRAINING

Get your child plugged into our youth athletic development class for a more confident, healthy, and injury-free athlete!

 

FOR AGES 8-14

$10/class or $130/mo

FALL CLASSES: MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

3:30-4:30pm

Monday Focus: Explosive Power, Plyometrics, Lower-body Control

Tuesday Focus: Upper-body Control & Strength, & Core Stability & Strength

Wednesday Focus: Speed, Sprint Mechanics, Conditioning 

Thursday Focus: Agility, Quickness, Balance

Friday Focus: Metabolic Conditioning, Flexibility & Mobility

HIGH SCHOOL TRAINING

For serious athletes continuing their transformation journey.

$10/class or $130/mo

BOYS & GIRLS CLASSES ARE HELD MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

*Call in for current schedule times as training programs will adapt to current sport seasons.

For competitors needing special attention to reach their full potential and beyond.

$35 to $50 per session

depending on availability

Physical and mental assessments are used to facilitate a needs-based program to maximize growth and performance.
